The Catalyst

The Catalyst is the John Knoxer of the PC2LN in any given community.

In some ways, it would probably be ideal for the Catalyst to be a well-known pastor or prayer leader, the established leader of a para-church organization or a godly lay-business leader with name recognition and community credibility. However, that is not how God always works.

In some cases, the Catalyst may be an intercessor who deeply senses the need for Christian unity and collaborative prayer, who carries a burden to see their community bathed in prayer.

They may not be well known and may need the relational collateral another person to actually convene an envisioning session. What they do have is a fire in their belly, a longing for widespread, seamless prayer in the community.
